2. Services Offered
Marine Pro Academy offers online maritime training courses, including but not limited to STCW Basic and Advanced Training, Cargo Operations, Navigation, Engineering, Cyber Security, and other professional development programs. Courses are delivered online no physical presence required.
3. User Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By registering for a course, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features or enroll in courses, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep your login credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Course Access & Certification
Upon successful enrollment and payment, users are granted access to the selected course(s). Course access may be time‑limited depending on the course type and applicable requirements. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments. Certificates are recognized by flag states such as Liberia, Panama, and Cyprus; however, users remain responsible for verifying that the certification meets their specific job, vessel, company, or licensing requirements.
Certificate provided: Digital PDF (hard copy available upon request). If a hard‑copy certificate is requested, the student shall bear all associated courier and delivery costs. Courier fees will be determined based on the student’s location. If the student disagrees with the applicable courier charges, Marine Pro Academy is neither responsible nor obliged to provide a hard‑copy certificate.
Course Enrollment Verification: Within 24 hours of course purchase, Marine Pro Academy will send an email requesting a copy of the student’s passport for identity verification and certificate issuance purposes. Access to the learning platform will be granted only after the passport copy has been received and verified. If the student refuses to provide the required documentation, the course may be refunded only if a valid and acceptable reason for refund exists, in accordance with Marine Pro Academy’s refund policy. Marine Pro Academy is not obligated to provide access or certification without completion of the verification process.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our platform.
Once access to a course has been granted, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. This applies regardless of whether the course is accessed, completed, or used, and irrespective of personal scheduling, changes in requirements, incorrect or mistaken purchases, failure to obtain flag approvals, regulatory acceptance, employer acceptance, or suitability for specific individual needs. Verification of course details and enrolment suitability remains the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund requests for accidental or duplicate purchases must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the original purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund and
Refund requests must include the relevant order number and sufficient information to identify the transaction. Refund requests that cannot be verified due to missing information may be declined.
Marine Pro Academy reserves the right to refuse repeated refund requests, abuse of the refund process, or refund claims relating to duplicate purchases reported outside the 48-hour refund window.

7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, graphics, logos, videos, and documentation are the intellectual property of Marine Pro Academy. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the service without express written permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to courses
- Resell or reproduce course content
- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities
- Disrupt or harm the platform’s functionality or other users’ access
Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
Marine Pro Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services. We make no guarantees that certification will meet employment or licensing requirements in all jurisdictions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of USA. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Wyoming.
