Angelos is an active crew member and senior maritime professional with over 8 years of experience in cargo shipping, vessel operations, and international trade logistics. With deep expertise in petroleum and sugar brokerage, port procedures, and marine documentation, he brings real-life scenarios into our cargo, security, and STCW modules. His goal is to empower seafarers with the tools they need to navigate every step of their careers—onboard and beyond.
Valentina Maietta – Co-Founder & Crew Wellness Advocate
Valentina is currently serving as a Shore Excursion Manager on board a major cruise line, with a decade of hands-on experience at sea. Her background in guest operations and crew management inspires the heart of Marine Pro Academy: making maritime training not only professional but also personal. She leads the development of our soft skills, communication, and wellbeing programs, designed to support crew members through real onboard challenges.
