Important Before Purchasing a Course
If you plan to use a course specifically for a Panama Seaman’s Book application, please contact Marine Pro Academy before enrolling. Panama may reject certificates issued under certain foreign flags. Panama-approved courses are generally the safest option whenever available.

Document Quality
Passport copies, certificates, medical documents, licenses and supporting documents must be clear, complete and fully readable. All relevant edges and information must be visible, without blur, reflections, shadows, missing areas, deterioration, damage or altered information.

Marine Pro Academy is not responsible for delays, replacement requests or rejection caused by incomplete, unclear, deteriorated or otherwise unsuitable documentation supplied by the applicant.
Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Final approval and acceptance are determined by the applicable Panama authority, employer, vessel operator or other relevant entity. Marine Pro Academy facilitates and supports the application process but cannot guarantee approval.
