Important Information Regarding Panama Endorsement Applications
Marine Pro Academy is committed to assisting seafarers with the submission of their Panama Endorsement applications in a professional and compliant manner. To ensure full transparency, please carefully read the following conditions before submitting your documents:
1. Responsibility for Validity of Submitted Documents
All documents provided by applicants for Panama Endorsement processing must be:
Genuine
Valid
Issued by recognized and verifiable institutions
Fully compliant with the requirements of the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP)
Marine Pro Academy is not responsible for the authenticity, validity, or acceptance of any documents submitted by the applicant.
If the Panama Maritime Authority determines that any document is:
– Invalid
– Unverifiable
– Fraudulent or forged
– Not accepted for endorsement
…the application will be rejected by the Authority.
2. No Refunds for Rejected Applications
Once an endorsement application is submitted to AMP:
– The Authority begins processing
– Government fees are immediately allocated
These fees become non‑refundable under Panama’s administrative rules
Therefore:
👉 Marine Pro Academy cannot issue refunds when an application is rejected due to invalid, non‑genuine, or non‑verifiable documents provided by the applicant.
This applies regardless of whether the applicant was aware of the deficiencies in their documents.
3. Processing Times May Vary
The Panama Maritime Authority conducts its own verification process.
Processing time depends on:
– Response times of issuing training centers
– Verification from third‑party institutions
– Workload of AMP
– Accuracy and completeness of the applicant’s documents
Because these factors are outside of our control, Marine Pro Academy:
👉 Cannot guarantee specific processing times
👉 Is not responsible for delays caused by external parties (e.g., training centers not replying)
👉 Is not liable for missed embarkations, employment delays, or scheduling issues resulting from verification timelines
4. Third‑Party Verification Requirements
AMP may require confirmation from:
– Training centers
– Maritime administrations
– Certifying bodies
– Flag state authorities
If these third parties do not respond promptly—or at all—the application may remain pending or be marked deficient.
Marine Pro Academy has no authority over third‑party response times.
5. Applicant Responsibility
By submitting a Panama Endorsement application through Marine Pro Academy, the applicant confirms that:
– All documents provided are genuine and verifiable
– All personal data and certificates are accurate
– They understand that AMP has sole discretion over acceptance or rejection
– They acknowledge that refunds cannot be issued if the Authority rejects the application
Disclaimer
Marine Pro Academy acts solely as a facilitator for submitting applications to the Panama Maritime Authority.
We do not:
– Influence the outcome of the verification
– Alter or validate documents
– Guarantee approval
– Interfere in any Authority decision
The final decision rests exclusively with AMP.
