Certificates are recognized by flag states such as Liberia, Panama, and Cyprus, but users are responsible for ensuring that the certification meets their specific job or licensing requirements.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via our third-party platform. Once access to a course has been granted, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If technical issues prevent course access, please contact info@marineproacademy.com for assistance.
